Performance Expert

As a performance expert, you will play an exciting role within our team. You will conduct load and stress tests on applications and support clients in their mission for a successful go-live. Together with them, you will investigate pain points and guide them in optimizing their applications and software.

What will you do?

  • Conducting Load and Stress Tests: Using common frameworks such as Gatling or K6, you will examine software and applications.
  • Analyzing Results and Solving Problems: You will delve into reporting and monitoring, helping developers analyze problems and errors, and support them in implementing optimizations.
  • Performance Testing Methodologies: You will leverage your extensive knowledge of performance testing methodologies and know how to apply them in the appropriate environment.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Guide clients in setting up the right scenarios and metrics, as well as facilitate test sessions.
  • Client Communication: You are communicatively oriented and succeed in explaining complex matters to stakeholders and other non-technical profiles.

Your profile

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in performance testing.
  • A technical background, preferably with a technical bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • Basic knowledge of software architecture and cloud-native development is a plus.
  • Experience or knowledge of one of the following tools/frameworks is a plus:
    • jMeter, Gattling, K6, Blazemeter, NeoLoad
    • WebPageTest, Google Lighthouse
    • InfluxDB, Telegraf, Grafana, Kibana

    • Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Bamboo, CircleCI, or other CI/CD tools are not unfamiliar to you.

  • The ideal mix between technical and social skills.
  • Analytical and critical, with an eye for detail
  • You dare to take initiative and make choices
  • Client-oriented and do not settle for half measures.
